Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy combining Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychotherapy to re-wire your thought processes with proven results for busy people.
To change our limiting behaviours and attitudes, we need more than willpower or logic. RTT connects with the subconscious mind and gets you ‘unstuck’ quickly and efficiently through Hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is incredibly efficient as, during hypnosis, your critical mind shuts down and your subconscious mind is accessed.
Hypnotic trance is a completely natural state of inward focus and your mind is actually given more control, not less, in this heightened state. This allows you to quickly and easily make the changes you want.
From here, we then integrate powerful new belief systems which give you freedom from unhealthy destructive patterns and allow you to live a life of happiness and joy.

What happens in an RTT session?
In one 90 minute session we will discover the root cause and reason which underlies your issue or belief. Together we will help you to understand how you developed that belief and how it affects you and the life you are living today.
This understanding provides a powerful and liberating healing and subsequent freedom from your issues, as we re-frame your beliefs around these issues at a subconscious level. Thus in turn creating new patterns allowing you to live in freedom from the issues that have been holding you back.
