General FAQs

Below are some more general questions about the Mindset Transformations offers which are available either to purchase online, or via one-on-one sessions with me.

Is there a Money-Back Guarantee?

Due to the nature of this program, there is no money-back guarantee, but to be fair, nobody who has committed to doing this work ever wanted their money back. We stand proudly behind this work and can guarantee transformational results if you are fully committed.

I have already tried so many things?
How is this programme going to be
any different?

I hear this a lot from my clients who come to me and have lost hope. If you have done some work before but still struggle with the same patterns and behaviours, you haven't gotten to the root cause. All my programs are designed to understand what lies beneath the surface and work with your subconscious mind to rewire your brain and create a lasting change.

Is it safe to do Hypnosis on your own, by yourself?

It's absolutely safe to do it from the comfort of your own home without needing any supervision. A lot of people have misconceptions about what hypnosis is, and most of those beliefs come from Hollywood movies :) Through Rapid Transformational Therapy, we can access the subconscious mind to help you change beliefs, habits and thoughts. Hypnosis can change habits to create a healthier body, relieve anxiety, guilt and fear, and enhance your confidence and self-esteem.
