Hi, I am Sarah Kelt,
After living 22 years in London, Dubai and Bali, I returned home with my children to continue my own transformation while also supporting and helping others. My professional background in Investment Banking and Finance taught me a lot, especially the hard lessons in not living a life of balance, mindfulness and taking the time to truly enjoy the journey, especially with those I loved.
After 12 years in Dubai, I stopped off in Bali with my children to redefine my personal WHY with help from UK’s top therapist and creator of ‘Rapid Transformational Therapy’ Marisa Peer.
In summary my personal WHY ‘overcoming life’s hurdles with a resilient mindset’ has led me to start my second business Mindset Transformations.
I support men, women, and teenagers who are going through a transition, challenge or change in their lives personally or professionally, whether it be;
Stress Management, Financial Resilience, Anxiety, Depression, Addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling, porn), Self Confidence, Self Worth and Belief, Weight/Eating Disorders and simply helping overcome life’s hurdles.
Based in Auckland, I work with clients around NZ and internationally via Zoom. Through my powerful guidance, coaching techniques and my secret weapon, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), I can help you overcome life’s hurdles with a resilient mindset.
I have discovered, that true happiness, self-belief and achieving a balanced life is so simple. Something I wish I worked out earlier in life!
So, I want to share what I have learnt with you because I believe everyone deserves to live their very best life and to be free from beliefs and issues that hold them back or make them unhappy.
The most important habits or beliefs that I live my life by now include:
Being grateful every day for the big and small things in my life.
Being kind always, and never judging someone, because we don’t know what is going on in their world.
Practicing mindfulness and visualisation techniques.
Giving… the more you give, the more you receive.
Eliminating negative self-talk from my mind!
If I do these things I know that the universe will show up and help me out when needed and I can teach you how to incorporate these daily routines into your life with ease.
Of course it goes without saying that everything we discuss is strictly confidential. I know everyone has their ‘shit’, I have been there myself and so there will be absolutely no judgement from me. I am compassionate, kind and real… basically I am just like you!!
